Ergonomic workplace analysis is a process where the ergonomic risk factors were evaluated using various validated tools and provide the probable recommendation to minimize the risk factors for development of work related musculoskeletal disorders and improve the productive workday to reduce the cost for compensation, absenteeism and employee turnover. In the process of ergonomic workplace analysis, an ergonomist need to evaluate the physical work environment, psychosocial risk factors as well as various generic risk factors which leads to the development of work related musculoskeletal disorders.
